I make sure I create an un biased final decision ensuring that a fair punishment or a solution is dealt with professionally and quickly to not interrupt others RP experience, I will also ensure that I will not abuse my power and only use it dedicated to ensuring the server runs swiftly  [/b] [b]In at least 3 sentences, what makes you a better candidate compare to others? : I believe that i am very approachable compared to some other members of the community, if a player is young or has some sort of condition they may struggle to speak publicly with, I believe I can deliver a professional standard of staffing whilst also ensuring to keep a friendly tone about things. a lot of members might intimidate these players and therefore they will look at other communities to join. [/b]   [b]What previous staff experience do you have? : I have worked my way up to Senior Moderator on other servers with the chance of becoming an admin however I stopped playing because of personal issues and therefore decided to quit the staff rank, on the other server however I believe I was a well respected but firm member of staff and hadn't received any complaints about my staffing abilities. [/b]
