Former experience : I have been in the cg for basically all my time I've been in servers other than this one which i am a Jedi 
Knowledge of unit: as mentioned previously in the answer above i have had multiple servers worth of knowledge into the unit and am fully invested into the regiment as it is very similar to the police as they enforce rules and sentence people who break them to time in the brig and other punishments but what they are , is infact a division of shock troopers who were organised to serve as military police and were tp force and protect the people of coruscant, they had special jobs including escort missions and bodyguard missions for jedi,navy or other special personel
relationship with troopers within regiment: i treat them as though they were family to me as they are incredibly nice and supportive and so i share that back to them so i have a good relationship with the troopers
are you aware of the fact that if you are inactive for 3 days you may be removed from your position: i am indeed aware of the fact that if i am inactive for 3 days or more i may lose my position but i sincerely think that this will not be an issue for me as i have so far got a record of i dont even know how many days on the server as i have not missed a single day of playing 

how frequently can i play: i aim to play everyday till the sun goes down and so far i have made that happen everyday since the server released( so in short everyday.)
what can make me stand out: ( great social skills and am a great leader in my personal opinion)

Do you understand that if you pass you will undergo extensive ARC training to ensure you are not just a capable leader but also a capable trooper?: i do understand this and am willing to do anything.

Do you understand the chain of command and that although you are the leader you must share the responsibility of training and caring for your troopers with others? : i do understand the chain of command and that i will need to share the responsibility of training and caring for my troopers with others and will happily oblige to someone wanting to help as i am aware that it will be incredibly tough to do all of these things by myself and may need to deligate someone to help me with certain things and will not rush in and try to accomplish things that just aren't feasable for only one person.


                                                                                                                                                 
                                                     Scenarios

You are leading a team in a ground battle, you and your team have been tasked with assaulting a oil refinery on Geonosis and shutting down the station. On your assault you lose substantial casualties but have gained much ground, what is your next course of action?: my next course of action is to defend the line but ensure we have medics at the ready and make sure we all have plenty of cover to ensure we do not sustain anymore casualties whilst doing this i would comms in for a LAAT which would help get the wounded troops out and replace them with new troops to help. by doing this we can ensure that no one else will fall to the enemies and will also make sure that we do not lose any ground whilst calling for backup to help us complete our task as itd be reckless and naive to beleive we can take them and charge in with a substantial loss of troopers, it would be my job as a commander to look after my troops and find out the best course of action to benefit both options.

You have been posted on an outer rim planet with your regiment, one of the troopers under your command has become fed up and decides to proceed out of the base to find some action, what do you do?
 i would firstly either tell him to obey orders and dish out a stern warning to not do it again or id arrest him on the spot for disobeying orders and potentially endangering his and the troops lives, this would make sure that none of my troops would disobey the orders given and they know not to take orders lightly however if he continued to abdandon his position i would have to give him a mandatory PT which would hopefully ensure this is the last of his behavioural problems
Command wishes for your regiment to scout ahead and gain an understanding of the terrain, on this scout mission one of your troopers stands on a mine and detonates it, enemy forces are aware of your presence and begin sending forces your way, what is your next course of action?  i would instantly call this into comms then fight and stand our ground whilst we wait for backup i called in to arrive this would be in the form of a laat to get the wounded out and could help us retreat if need be, however if the mine is detonated close to the base we would attempt to get back to base and would call in that we are under attack , would be bringing the trooper back to med bay and hed would be transported in a laat for quick transport to ensure recovery and lessen chance of death, and whilst he is being treated we could form a strategy on how to deal with the issue at hand
