[b]Former Experience:[/b] I have played on a lot of garry's mod servers and have been commander, navy and other high ranking roles on many of them. I have also been an ARF General on another server back in 2018 and I am currently Major in RC on the famous server Multiverse Gaming.  [b]Knowledge of Unit:[/b] The 104th Battalion was a regiment that was led by the Jedi General Plo Koon and Commander Wolffe. They were a rescue unit that specialised in hostage negotiation and extraction. They used specialised equipment such as jetpacks and grappling hooks in order to allow them to get to height and get away from any enemies safely in order to maximise hostage survival. They would also go on to aid the republic in battles such as the first battle of Felucia and aided in the citadel rescue of Even Piell. They also went on several reconnaissance missions and showed their expertise in scouting ahead and gaining information for the rest of the army.  [b]Previous Leadership Experience:[/b] As stated above, I have been Navy and Commander on many servers and even taken up leadership roles on previous servers that have been made by Zombie.  [b]Relationship with Troopers within Regiment:[/b] N/A, but if I was on the server I would like to establish a good relationship with my troopers in order to make sure they stay happy and have fun since it is still a game at the end of the day. I would do general check-ups every week or two depending on when meetings are.  [b]Are you aware that if you are inactive for 3 days without notice you may be removed from your position?[/b] Yes, I agree with these terms.  [b]How frequently can you play?[/b] Every other day or everyday depending on whether I am working for the weekend or busy with college assignments.  [b]What makes you stand out? [/b] I am polite and respectful to everyone I meet and I am a very outgoing person. I can make decisions on the fly and will be able to assist wherever needed. I have had a lot of experience so I will not need extensive training to know what I am doing and have been playing gmod for a very long time. I will be active and always will do trainings with the regiment and will make sure it is the best it can be in order to make people consider to join themselves.  [b]Do you understand that if you pass you will undergo extensive ARC training to ensure you are not just a capable leader but also a capable trooper?[/b] Yes, I think it will be a great thing rather than just giving the rank altogether.  [b]Do you understand the chain of command and that although you are the leader you must share the responsibility of training and caring for your troopers with others? [/b] Yes of course, I can't do everything myself.  [u]Scenarios:[/u] [b]You are leading a team in a ground battle, you and your team have been tasked with assaulting an oil refinery on Geonosis and shutting down the station. On your assault you lose substantial casualties but have gained much ground, what is your next course of action?:[/b] I will keep pushing on, although the lives of my troopers are important, we would not be able to get very far if we kept going back for the casualties. It is important to complete the objective especially if it can turn the tide of the war. By pushing on with the remaining troopers, we will be able to complete the objective and not let those troopers die in vain.  [b]You have been posted on an outer rim planet with your regiment, one of the troopers under your command has become fed up and decides to proceed out of the base to find some action, what do you do?:[/b] I will let them go off and put them down for insubordination and if they decide to come strolling back then I will go ahead with calling shock and going through disciplinary procedures by following either a demotion or a boot out of the regiment depending on whether they have been misbehaving beforehand.  [b]Command wishes for your regiment to scout ahead and gain an understanding of the terrain, on this scout mission one of your troopers stands on a mine and detonates it, enemy forces are aware of your presence and begin sending forces your way, what is your next course of action?:[/b] I will report to command straight away that we suffered a casualty and that the hostiles are now aware that we are in the immediate area. We would then fall back and set up a choke point/ambush in order to try and gain the advantage on the enemy forces due to them not knowing exactly where we are. This will allow us to get the upper hand. Once we have picked off a few groups of enemies we would fall back with the rest of the army in order to eliminate the threat.
